Taking small steps is vital to healing with a concussion. It may seem impossible to complete little tasks, like reading a book or going for a walk, but by talking small steps you can do it! I felt as if it was impossible for me to read, but by trying to read just one word a day, I was able to finish a page and by just walking several steps a day I was able to walk around the block. Nothing is impossible, unless you make it impossible yourself. Take small steps, but do not push yourself over the limit, stop when you know you need to.
